Ally was over and I wanted an easy quick tumblr drawing and her suggestion of “Ballerina Squid” was in there and I thought “perfect!” Quotes!
This one turned out to be a LOT of fun. I think I drew it while we were watching ANTM which seemed appropriate.
Mountain Crab Walk - September 14th, Day 257
This drawing came about after Shayne and I climbed a mountain and my “get down the mountain without dying” method turned out to be the crap walk. It’s how all the cool kids do it. Like mountain goats.

Ma Po Tofu - September 12th, Day 255

Sexy Sunday: Flowricks - September 11th, Day 254
This concept is based off an awesome iPhone correction, glowsticks to flowricks. What followed was an awesome conversation about glow in the dark tampons. The progression seemed really logical at the time.
Anyway I decided it was a good candidate for Sexy Sunday. Nothing sexier than a glow in the dark tampon.

This is a weird interpretation of Illustration Friday’s prompt, “Boundaries”. This is kind of a bridge between boundaries. Sleeping totally cuddled up sucks in the summer but sometimes just holding hands is nice.

Sexy Sunday: Post-beerfest - September 4th, Day...
It’s unfortunate for Sexy Sunday that it landed on the night we hosted a wee little beerfest in our backyard. I was unsurprisingly not feeling very industrious or sober afterwards. I need to start drawing BEFORE parties. Not after.
Weird Palette Saturday - September 3rd, Day 246
For this drawing I grabbed 5 pencil crayons out of my case, randomly and went at it. It was a weird combo but it oddly worked out. I present, weird, evil, Barbie. I spent actual time on this one. I should do that more often.

Illustration Friday: Mysterious - September 2nd,...
Confession (or non-confession depending on how well you know me) I did this one SUPER drunk after a beautiful birthday dinner my lovely boyfriend took me to. This dinner was a full four course meal with a martini (very dry, gin, olives, straight up) and a wine with every course. SUPER drunk.
I came home and made this. At least it’s somewhat thematic.

Not going to lie, this one got away from me a little bit. I was watching Doctor Who and Tom started to look a little like John Barrowman. Good thing I don’t make my living doing celebrity portraits.
